About the role:
The Culinary Visiting Facilitator is responsible for delivering high- quality culinary training and ensuring all learning activities meet VET by EHL standards in Phú quốc. This role focuses on hands- on teaching, student engagement, and close collaboration with the academic team to provide a structured and impactful learning experience.
You will play an important role in driving future culinary professionals through practical training and real- world application.
Key responsibilities:
Work closely with the Academic team to plan, deliver, and continuously improve programs
Facilitate VET by EHL culinary training programs in accordance with designed standards
Ensure all teaching aligns with VET quality standards and learning outcomes
Maintain a structured, disciplined, and professional learning environment
Teach relevant culinary subjects/programs in English and/or Vietnamese
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
Deliver engaging, hands- on culinary training sessions for students
Yêu cầu công việc
- Excellent at Vietnamese and English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of international and Vietnamese cuisine
- Experience in culinary facilitating or training, lecturing is a plus
- A Vietnamese Chef with international background, proven experience with a minium of 3 years as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role
- Passion for culinary innovation and education
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Start working between May 1st and June 15th, 2026.
