The Customer Admin is in charge for administrative work in the production process and reporting to customers.
Role, Responsibilities & Typical Activities
Work with internal relevant stakeholders as well as team members and / or work with assigned
customers on production information process requirements
Coordinate procedures and technical administrative systems and come up with ways to align with
facilitate the business of MiTek and customers
streamline processes. Ensuring a smooth and complete flow of information and production reports to
Modify reports and processes according to customer&039;s changing requirements with the agreement with
the Operations and related functional departments
Support in developing relationships with new customers to maximize business development for

Qualifications / Experience
