Personal Financial Services: We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Overview of the Role
Understand of data structure to quickly generate ad- hoc data to support business
Apply analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies and recommend actionable deliveries to for data migration, system build
Job Responsibilities
• Analyze data trends and generate actionable insights to support business growth and performance.
• Manage and deliver routine MIS reports accurately and on time based on agreed cycles and SLAs.
• Continuously enhance existing dashboards to improve usability, accuracy, and business relevance.
• Review and optimize existing reporting processes to reduce manual workload and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of data used across all reports.
• Support business units with ad hoc data extraction, analysis, and reports.
• Design, develop, and optimize MIS dashboards for business performance tracking and management reporting.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build, implement, track, and improve decision- making strategies.
