Customer Relations and Quality Control Coordinator

Position summary):
Taking care of issues those relate to Customer and Quality of tour service.In charge of customer support including welcome procedures towards VIP clients
Implement internal training, communication flow to improve coordination between teams and offices.
Other tasks upon request from MD/GM
Making report to Insurance company in case of accidents
Complaint handling and reporting to Agents & Management Board
Deal with suppliers on quality, health and safety audit to assure the service standard and liability
Manage company branding (customer materials, stationery, uniform, signboard, gifts) as well as Agents’ signage
Yêu cầu công việc
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Enjoy high pressure of work
Good in organisation and negotiation skill
Proficient in computer: Microsoft office, excel, internet and other useful soft- wares
Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill
Fluent in English, any additional language speaking is a plus
Desire to work in Hospitality and Tourism industry
Note : this description including the mentioned duties/extended duties can be extend during assignment
