Liaising between guests and partners to resolve light complexity issues via inbound, outbound, email, chat, and messaging on various topics such as: additional travel advice, modifications, cancellations, complaint.
Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes.
Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media upload
Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints/Legal/Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material
Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform

Prior work experience in a LPO/Regulatory work, Social Media platforms is a plus
Graduated from High school or equivalent academic level
Mature & analytical
Graduated from High school or equivalent academic level
Awareness of current affairs and events in the respective markets/countries
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
High on teamwork and engagement
Fluency in English (Speaking, listening, writing, and reading)- working 100% English.
