Job Description:
Send quotations & cataloges, preparing contracts other certificates / confirmation notifications if client requested.
Build strong relationships with customers and partners.
Handle customer services inquires and sovle issues arising from customers/forwarders/ third- parties relating to the order processing, if any.
Make a report or other tasks as your leader requests.
Send arrival notice & payment request reminders to clients.
Check customer emails every day and answer their questions about our services, quotes, or related things.
Monitor online transactions, support our clients make payment via Internet.
Cooperate with other departments or related partners to supply services for clients.
Support global customers and partners.
Job Requirements
+ Foreign Language & Computer Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Fluent in English communication skills (writing and speaking)
+ Skill and Knowledge Requirement
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Have the customer care experience in majors of Business services, Finance, Bank/Tax and Travelling is preferred.
At least 2 year experience
Experience in Marketing and working with foreigners are big pluses.
Dynamic, creative and ability to work under pressure
Persuasive, active listening, good communication and building business relationships
Skills in document preparation and management
