Customer Service admin task
Compile payment documents for vendors (services, transport fees).
Handle sales contracts: prepare, obtain signatures, distribute to distributors, maintain organized filing.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
Prepare purchase orders for monthly and swift payments.
Organize service contracts and related documents.
Issue Certificates of Origin and Quality (CO- CQ).
Logistics assistant
Verify the accuracy, validity and consistency of shipping documents.
Prepare and submit payment requests through the system.
Transfer documents to the Accounting Department and maintain organized filing.
Manage payment requisitions for 3PL services.
Collaborate with third- party logistics to track shipments from customs clearance to delivery, ensuring timelines are met.
Input data into reporting systems.
Receive Arrival Notices and Freight Invoices from forwarders and send to customs brokers for e- customs declarations.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 3rd or 4th year university students majoring in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields..
- Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to build a career in supply chain and international business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with strong ability to use Excel
- Good communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with different departments.
- Detail- oriented, responsible, organized, and capable of managing time efficiently.
