Key Responsibilities
OTA & Booking Management:
Ensure booking information is synchronized accurately between internal systems and OTA platforms.
Manage and update room listings on OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms.
Handle hotline inquiries and support customers during working hours (Mon – Fri).
Receive and manage bookings from OTA platforms and direct customers.
Reservation & Operation Management:
Handle guest check- in, check- out, and payment procedures.
Monitor room revenue, occupancy rates, and booking performance.
Adjust room pricing based on seasonality, demand, and occupancy levels to optimize revenue.
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure the best service experience.
Provide customer support and assistance throughout guests’ stay.
Room & Facility Management:
Work closely with cleaning, technical, and security teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth operations.
Conduct daily room inspections to ensure room quality standards.
Coordinate and supervise the Housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
Administrative Tasks & Reporting:
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on operational performance and revenue.
Manage assets, supplies, and other administrative tasks related to operations.
Job Requirements:
Proficient in English
Proficient in office tools (Word, Excel, Google Workspace, etc.).
Ability to organize tasks and manage priorities effectively.
Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Strong customer service mindset with a service- oriented attitude.
Hardworking, detail- oriented, and able to work under pressure.
