Follow up customer&039;s outstanding list with Finance
Receive order, input data into system, process layout/order to production
Inform delivery date to customer
Handle all orther enquiries/ requests from customer
Arrange shipment on time to customer
Maintain service, relationship with customer
Handle/ solve customer&039;s complaint
Experience in Customer Service/ Merchandiser in Garment/Label copany is preferable
Experience in working in multinational Company is preferable
Good English or Chinese skills in listening, speaking, writing,reading
Good problem- solving skill
Good communication/ negotiation skill
Customer Service mindset
Proactive, dynamic, integrity, careful, teamwwork
Able to work under high pressure
