Customer Service Executive

Receive requests, feedback and Resolving complaints from customers
Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
Receive PO from customers and Manage orders.
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.
Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email to provide support and information on an assigned product or service.
Ensure the goods are shipped on time and quantity

Excellent communication skills including active listening
Ability to team- working and work independently, cautiously
Knowledgeable in ERP System
Hard working, responsible, honestly, quickly, enthusiastic
Organizational, arrangement skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related fields
Proficient in computer skills
Good verbal and written communication in English
Service- oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization
At least 01 years working experience as Customer Service
