- Ensure the goods are shipped on time and quantity- Receive PO from customers and Manage orders.- Receive requests, feedback and Resolving complaints from customers- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email to provide support and information on an assigned product or service.- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.- Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related fields- At least 01 years working experience as Customer Service- Knowledgeable in ERP System- Excellent communication skills including active listening- Service- oriented and able to resolve customer grievances- Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization- Hard working, responsible, honestly, quickly, enthusiastic- Ability to team- working and work independently, cautiously- Organizational, arrangement skills- Proficient in computer skills- Good verbal and written communication in English
