Customer Service (focus Marketing Support)

Job Description:

Assist with updating and maintaining WordPress websites (Elementor is a plus)
Handle incoming calls, messages, and customer inquiries in English & Vietnamese
Receive customer feedback, resolve issues and complaints professionally
Coordinate with internal teams to support customers effectively
Track customer payments and prepare simple reports when required
Support management of customer accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps, Yelp
Assist U.S. nail salon owners with marketing and branding needs
Support basic marketing design tasks (posters, banners, ads)

Job Requirements:

Proficient in computer and office software (Word, Excel)
Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus
Able to work night shifts and handle work pressure well
Good English communication skills (IELTS 5.5 – 6.0 or equivalent is an advantage)
Strong communication, problem- solving, and teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
Experience in Customer Service / Call Center is an advantage
Own a laptop/PC to support Work From Home (WFH) if needed
