• Ensure customer satisfaction with Thygesen&039;s products and services through regular contact and follow- ups.
• Receive inquiries, clarify requirements, and maintain communication with customers throughout project execution.
• Monitor lead times and ensure timely delivery of development projects.
• Track and monitor customer payments and outstanding debts.
• Prepare cost estimates and quotations for assigned projects.
