RESPONSIBILITIES
Raising Sales orders/ quotations regarding requests of the Sales department.
Complete the Ad- hoc task as requested by the management.
Support on documentation for delivery (Customs Declaration of products...).
Support on doing monthly/ weekly reports requested by the management.
Support on checking available stock in the warehouse.
Responding to customers’ queries via social media or phone.
PERSONAL SPECS
Willingness to work in a team environment.
Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
High level of English written and spoken.
Able to work under pressure.
Handle multiple of tasks.
Open for 3th – 4th year student in relating major or fresher.
Passion, a sense of humor, outgoing, team oriented.
