We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who speaks Japanese to join our client’s company. The main responsibility is to assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing excellent services. This role also involves gathering information and analyzing data to better support customers. Japanese is used for internal exchange information, especially playing as an Assistant for Japanese Director.
Responsibilities:
• Collect and summarize customer feedback and data
• Work with the team to improve customer satisfaction
• Provide product or service information clearly and politely
• Understand and address customer inquiries and complaints
• Analyze data to identify customer needs and improve service
• Record and update customer information accurately
• Playing the role of an Assistant to Japanese Director
