Co- ordinate with overseas/ national agencies to handle nomination shipments from Vietnam to US/ Canada/ China/ Europe,...
Co- ordinary with internal teams to ensure customer&039;s requirements.
Receive and respond when receiving information, booking requests from agents or carriers.
Contact with shipping lines and customers to solve the trouble case, solve backlog and incidents with the goods.
Complete the assigned job when required.
Check the place and price, based on the nature of the goods and the agent to make the best choice at that time for the agent, then send the ship schedule, cargo information, freight to the agent & find another option for the shipment if not agree
Send booking confirmation to the customers.
Contact with shipper for all necessary procedure supports.
Report to manager or upper level when required.
Recruit 2 headcounts: 1 headcount in HCM & 1 headcount in Hai Phong
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor Degree in Economics, Import/ Export, Logistics, or related fields.
At least 2 year experience in Customer Service or related function in logistics.
Sense of urgency, able to prioritize.
Good sense of customer service and team work.
Self- motivated, dedicated and hard working.
Ability to deal with high pressure situation.
Fluency in English (oral and written).
