Customer Service Staff - Lab Order

Ensure effective communication and follow- up between internal departments, Sales and customer.
Receive ladip request from customer/ Sales department.
Summary information and key in to ERP system, transfer orders to color lap team.
Prepare and organize documents related to lab orders for internal reference and reporting.
Be proactive, careful, and responsible in handling sample order processes
Maintain and update order tracking sheets accurately and regularly.
Follow up Lad orders with internal teams to ensure timely delivery (leadtime: 24hrs/ 2- 3 days)
Coordinate closely with internal team teams to track the status of orders.
Assist in managing timelines and highlighting potential delays to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Communicate with customer to clarify order requirements and resolve any issues related to lap- dip samples.
Yêu cầu công việc
Have good command in English/Chinese and Microsoft Office is a plus
Good communication, negotiations and problem solving.
Key: Carefull & able and willing to work across departments with frequent movement to handle assigned tasks.
Graduated from University, College, or Vocational School (Fresh graduates are welcome)
Proactive, careful, hard working and can work under high pressure as leadtime of order is very short.
Full working on Satuday.
Willing to work at VSIP II- A Industrial park.
