Customer Service (Trims / Garment) at Nhon Trach, Dong Nai

Prepare samples and quotation daily for customer request
Work closely with internal teams to achieve high efficiency and ensure goods quality and payment term before goods release.
Provide technical support to customer and problem solving for quality issue.
Able to present company products, identify the customer needs, and elaborate the details to the customers
Report on weekly customer service activities, maintain accurate and timely reporting
Have a good communication skill with the customers, good follow up & monitor the customer order delivery on schedule
Able to assist & work with shipping department if necessary
Any other ad- hoc tasks as assigned.
Support project management to cross functional activity required for project execution.
Manage daily orders via emails & ERP System

Well- organized, detail- minded and good interpersonal skills
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese
Initiative, hard- working, responsible, and energetic
Capable to work independent for problem solving
Able to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment, and work overtime is required at peak season.
Good PC skills in MS Office, Excel ss
