Check Test Application Form of many buyer testing programs & sample size; and folow- up with client on the missing.
Give guide line to client how to fulfill a test application form
Sample pick up request.
Handle internal query on order status.Provide correct PI to Admin team for invoicing
Handle client queries (collect information/ advice from related team(s))Handle client complaint
Other duties upon requested
Register job into company softwareClarify unclear information of testing program with Key Account Manger
Able to deal with hard situation & have skill to soften it & seek for a solution to maintance client&039;s retention.
Deliver company service to clientAble to satisfy client&039;s need within scope of job
Prepare Proforma Invoice (PI) (understand Sales quotation & test assignment of job) & send to client.Check client payment status (contract or in advance) & updated report release status
Will be received client&039;s complaint & in front of challenging situations.
Willing on handling a new request/ procedure.Able to cooperate with others teams (ex: Lab, Reporting, Sales) in order to safisfy client&039;s requirement.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good communication skills (Listening to fully understand, Explanation clearly & easy to understand)
Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excell, Outlook, Power Point)
University or above : Chemical or Textile/ garment industry, Economics OR related fieldsOR with difference major WITH at least 01 year of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or a similar role; experience working in a chemical company or in garment, yarn, or footwear manufacturing factories (e.g. merchandiser, QA/QC, lab technician...))
Fluently using English, Chinese or Korean is a plus
