Customer Services Staff

Order Management:
- Receive, check, and process customer purchase orders into the system (ERP/SAP).
- Communicate order confirmation, delivery schedule, and changes to customers.
- Follow up with internal teams (planning, production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery.
Customer Communication:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers regarding orders, lead times, product availability, and general inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints or feedback and coordinate internal resolution.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Coordination & Internal Communication:
- Coordinate with operation teams regarding special customer requirements.
- Work closely with planning, warehouse, QA, and shipping teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Documentation & System Handling:
- Ensure accurate data entry in internal systems (SAP/ERP/FAST,...).
- Maintain customer records and order history for tracking and reporting.
- Prepare necessary shipping documents (packing list, DN…. ).
Reporting:
- Support in preparing monthly customer service reports or sales order status (if any requested)
- Contribuition to monitor KPIs like on- time delivery, order accuracy, etc.
Yêu cầu công việc
REQUIREMENTS
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese (Chinese is a plus).
- College or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales support (experience in textile/garment industry is an advantage).
Other skills and knowledge:
- Have good command in English/Chinese and Microsoft Office is a plus
- Proactive, careful, hard working and can work under high pressure as leadtime of order is very short.
- Good communication, negotiations and problem solving.
