Customer Services Staff (Working Night Shift)

- Working time: 10 p.m- 7 a.m (1 hour for lunch time, working night shift at home, work online with American branch. Working hours may vary depending on season and job requirements)
- Jobs:
+ Making Booking with carrier.
+ File AES to get ITN.
+ Resolution of customer queries, service issues as well as follow- up on outstanding
+ Combined with accountant to make debit note, payment request, summarizing data and reporting to manager weekly.
+ Follow up Trucker and Carrier step by step and notify agent as soon as possible till the order completion.
+ Check Master Bill of Lading and issue House Bill of Lading.
+ Update data on Internal company software to reflect shipment management.
+ Send Trucker D/O and give them Shipper&039;s contact for Loading Schedule
+ Submit SI on Carrier&039;s website or send email.
+ Control PO from the customers and closely working with customer for delivery to satisfy customer requirements.
+ Send Shipper POWER OF ATTORNEY, Shipping Instruction form and request for Commercial Invoice and Packing List also check Cargo Ready Date.

- College graduate or higher.
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in export dept at Forwarder company.
- Hard- working, careful.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient in English (4 skills).
