Customer Success Specialist

Update information promptly according to procedures, ensuring accurate and fast information delivery.
Proactively update knowledge, regulations, and procedures related to customer service.
Receive and assist customers via phone, email, chat, and messages.
Support in handling arising situations and ensure the best possible customer experience.
Handle inquiries such as flight consultations, information changes, ticket cancellations/changes, and complaints.
Working Hours
Work 5 days/week – 2 flexible days off.
Work on a 24/7 rotating shift basis, with shifts changed according to team leader assignment (maximum 3 months of night shifts).
Day Shifts: 7:00 – 16:00 | 9:00 – 18:00 | 12:00 – 21:00 | 13:00 – 22:00
Night Shifts: 19:00 – 4:00 | 20:00 – 5:00 | 21:00 – 6:00 | 22:00 – 7:00
Yêu cầu công việc
Job Requirements
Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or a related position.
Good English proficiency (no certificate required).
High school diploma or higher.
Good communication skills, quick problem- solving ability, positive attitude, and responsibility.
Benefits and Compensation
Total Income: 11,000,000 – 13,000,000 VND/month, including:
Night Shift Allowance (Phụ cấp ca đêm): 30% of base salary
KPI Bonus (Thưởng KPI): 900,000 – 1,200,000 VND/month
Call Support Allowance (Voice- Inbound): 1,000,000 VND/month (if handling Inbound calls)
Lunch Allowance (Phụ cấp ăn trưa): 500,000 VND/month
Base Salary (Lương cứng): 8,000,000 VND/month
Full 100% salary during the 2- month probation period.
