You will be a customer success in the SaaS company, which is a start- up.
- Conduct follow- up meetings to understand customer challenges and suggest effective solutions.
- Opportunity to acquire technical knowledge and experience in the latest technologies
- Occasionally travel to client sites for direct support or seminars.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Support the sales team with product demos and client presentations.

- Create and update user manuals or documentation as needed.
- Provide post- implementation support and training to clients on system usage.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree
- Japanese: N2 Advanced level
- English: Intermediate level
- Sincere, responsible, and team- oriented personality
- Interest in consulting and technology
- Able to think from the customer’s perspective and act proactively
- Strong communication and problem- solving skills
- At least 2 years of experience in solution sales (preferably in the IT or SaaS industry)
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn
