KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with relevant stakeholders such as Bus Companies for fulfillment of tickets booked.
- Document all interactions (calls, messages, emails) with customers and other external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Work with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to improve the customer experience.
- Responsible for answering inbound calls/emails/chats and resolving customers&039; queries related to pre & post journey.
