Customer Support Collaborator (Night Shift)

Job Description:
Conduct other tasks assigned
Work with various teams
Transfer technical problems, request customization for the development team, and ensure the quality of work delivered to customers.
Support to handle problems arising when customers install and use the Shopify Themes and Apps.
Consult, guide, and support in solving queries about Omni Themes’ products from customers through multiple support channels
Update customers on the status of processing requests
Advise customers on solutions when using eCommerce and Shopify
Requirements:
Proficient in English with an IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent.
Strong skills in communication, presentation, analysis, and critical thinking.
Ideally a university student in their third or final year, or between 19- 25 years old.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
Prior experience in customer support for tech or e- commerce is a plus.
Compensation is based on actual hours worked.
Team- oriented with a quick learning capability.
Working hours (UTC+7): Regular shift (Remote): 0:00 – 04:00 AM or 4:00 – 8:00, Tuesday to Saturday. Training: 1 month from 10:00- 17:00, lunch break from 11:45- 13:15.
