Customer Support Collaborator (Online – Night Shift)

Analyze technical issues, record detailed reports, and coordinate with the development team to ensure proper follow- up.
Identify common problems and recurring feedback, then share insights with the product team to help enhance app quality.
Handle other assigned operational tasks as needed (around 10% of total responsibilities).
Support customers with the installation, setup, and day- to- day usage of BSS Commerce Shopify apps.
Keep customers informed with clear and timely updates on their tickets or requests.
Join regular online training sessions to stay aligned with product updates and support workflows.
Yêu cầu công việc
Previous experience in Shopify support or e- commerce is a plus.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
Able to work well in a team environment with a proactive mindset and fast learning ability.
Age preference: 20- 25 years old.
Fluency in English (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent).
Working hours: 0:00 – 5:00 AM or 4:00- 8:00 on weekdays (Mon- Fri) and optional weekend shifts.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical matters in a simple, friendly way.
