Customer Support Collaborator (Part-time, 100% Online)

Job Description:

Participate in regular online training sessions.
Work with the product team to provide excellent customer support
Help customers set up and use BSS Commerce Shopify apps.
Keep customers updated on their requests.
Handle additional tasks as needed (about 10% of your workload).
Communicate technical issues to the development team and create follow- up tasks.
Report common issues to the product team to help improve our apps.

Requirements:

Strong skills in communication, presentation, and analysis.
Working hours are from 0:00- 4:00 or 3:00- 7:00 or 5:00- 10:00 or 9:00- 13:00 or 13:00- 18:00 or 18:00- 0:00 (Optional weekend shifts).
Team player with a fast learning ability.
Prior experience in Shopify customer support, and e- commerce is an advantage.
Preferably 20- 25 years old.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus point.
Proficient in English with an IELTS score of 7.0 or equivalent.
