Customer Support Collaborator (Part-time – Remote – Night Shift)

Job Description:

Identify and communicate technical problems to the development team for resolution.
Support users in onboarding and effectively using BSS Commerce Shopify apps.
Work cross- functionally with the product team to resolve customer issues.
Consolidate customer feedback, including common issues and feature requests, to contribute to product improvements.

Requirements:

Proficient in English with an IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent.
Working hours are from : 23h00 – 03h00 or 03h00 – 07h00 on weekdays (Mon- Fri) and optional weekend shifts.
Preferably 20- 25 years old.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus point.
Team- oriented mindset with fast learning ability and a high sense of responsibility.
Prior experience in Shopify customer support and e- commerce is an advantage.
Active listening, empathy, and clear communication skills.
