Customer Support Collaborator (Remote – Night shift)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail- oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Support Collaborator. This role is focused on providing exceptional technical assistance to our international customers using our Shopify applications.
Job Responsibilities:

Maintain clear, consistent, and timely communication with customers on case progress.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues encountered by users.
Execute other assigned tasks as needed.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure swift and efficient resolution of complex issues.
Deliver prompt and effective support to global customers regarding the setup and optimal use of our Shopify apps.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Key Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and self- management skills are essential.
Soft Skills: Hard- working, highly detail- oriented, responsible, and possesses a strong eagerness to learn new technologies.
Language Proficiency: Proficient in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher).
Preferred Experience: Previous experience in Customer Support or Technical Support, particularly within the Technology or E- commerce sectors, is a plus.
Schedule: Regular remote shift from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM (UTC+7), Tuesday to Saturday (commencing after initial training).
