Customer Support Executive (Logistic)

Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and any special requests to meet customer expectations.
Assist the Manager with other customer service- related tasks or special projects as required.
Handle customer complaints and collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to implement service improvements.
Manage orders from contract confirmation to final delivery, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Track shipments and proactively address potential delays.
Coordinate with internal departments (Documentation, Planning, Operations, etc.) to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Monitor account receivables and ensure timely payments.
Travel for business as required.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Yêu cầu công việc
Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
Fast learner, independent, and passionate about customer support.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, or export operations, preferably with international customers (Japan, Korea is a plus).
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem- solving skills, with the ability to handle unexpected situations.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of Incoterms and export procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Office 365; familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
