Job descriptions:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during app usage.
Provide timely updates on case progress and ensure smooth communication with customers.
Provide timely support to international customers on how to set up and use our Shopify apps effectively.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
Take on additional assigned tasks (if any)
Requirements:
Hard- working, detail- oriented, responsible, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
Prior experience in Customer Support/ Technical Support, especially in Technology or E- commerce, is a plus.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is required.
Strong skills in communication, time management, and self- management.
Proficient in English, equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher.
Working hours (UTC+7): Regular shift (Remote): 00:00 AM – 4:00 AM, Tuesday to Saturday (Start after training is completed).
