Customer Support Specialist (Chinese)

- Report all/any issues to senior management as required to ensure the prompt resolution of pending issues.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues.
- Provide services and support to customers through live chats, emails, and phone calls.
- Track the progress of customer responses.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of on- site service processes.
- Provide customers with information about the Company&039;s services and products.
- Provide answers to customers by identifying the problem, researching the answer, and guiding the customer through troubleshooting steps.
Requirements:
- Proficient in office computer skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or consulting (Preference given to candidates with experience in Finance, Banking, etc.)
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Economics or related fields.
- Proficient in Chinese (HSK 5 or higher) and English.
Flexible, strong analytical skills, good communication skills, and high attention to detail.

Working Hours:
