Customs Brokerage Staff (Temporary 08 Months)

Customs Brokerage Staff is responsible for handling customs brokerage process and controlling costs from customs brokerage suppliers. This position will be responsible for updating and providing customs regulations to related parties such as customers, agents, and other divisions.
► Perform VNACCS and documentation work:
• Input data into VNACCS system and officially submit data to General Department of VN Customs.
• Receive/send customs declaration timely to recipients.
• Keep update customs progress to related parties such as customers, other internal divisions in KWE or agents.
• Collect necessary information for customs process (from customers, agents, etc.); check all document and feedback if amendment needed.
► Supervise suppliers for physical work:
• Verify and confirm arising cost.
• Solve/report incidents if any.
• Supervise suppliers during their work at local customs office, supervision customs & picking up at terminal.
► Advise customs regulations to concerned parties:
• Consult customs procedures and regulations as requirement.
• Proactively update new regulations to the Sales team, Business Marketing team, etc.
► Record data daily:
• Daily record shipment details in the form.
• Others as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
► Education and Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in customs or forwarding field.
• Bachelor’s degree in economic or equivalent, customs field, international trade, freight forwarding is preferred.
► Required Skills/Abilities:
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Intermediate English skills.
• Ability to function well in a high- paced and at times stressful environment.

Lương tháng 13 + Bonus
Working Place: Bluesky Office, 01 Bach Dang, Tan Son Hoa Ward (formerly Ward 2, Tan Binh District), HCMC
• Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)
• Work From Home: 2 days/week applicable after 6 months of working
• Annual Salary Increase: once per year
• Others: International working environment with many opportunities for learning and development, training courses, company trip, etc.
• Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
• Insurance: 24 hours’ Accident Insurance, Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance
• Working time: 8:00 – 17:35 Monday- Friday (Closed Saturday & Sunday)
• Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
