is responsible for operating and managing all work and operations staff in M Village&039;s luxury hotel, working under the direction of the Head of Operations.

Evaluating guest satisfaction, creating a positive impression for customers.
Reviewing KPIs (customer service quality, training quality, staff turnover rate, etc.).
Managing operational and personnel costs.
Building good relationships and images with all guests throughout their stay.
Controlling and upgrading the system and equipment.
Monitoring and checking work processes according to M Village standards.
Controlling room quality, product quality, and customer service quality, ensuring cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas.
Monitoring reservation lists, room status, emails, sales, and service quality reports.
Welcoming guests, and supervising hotel operations.
Scheduling and arranging work shifts for hotel staff.
Directly handling incidents that staff cannot resolve (guest complaints about service quality, room cleanliness, and other issues) to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Conducting periodic evaluations of staff performance.

Good communication and customer care skills.
Over 1- 2 years of experience in a managerial position in 4- 5 star hotels (preference given to candidates with a background in Front Office and Housekeeping).
Hardworking, diligent, honest, careful, enthusiastic, and good team support.
Graduated from College or higher, or have relevant qualifications.
Team management, planning, and progress reporting skills.
High discipline and a positive attitude.
Proficient in English.
