Data & AI Automation Intern (Marketing)

OVERVIEW
We are looking for a proactive and tech- oriented Intern to join our Marketing Division, supporting data analysis and automation initiatives. This role focuses on data preparation, reporting, and dashboard development, while also assisting in building and optimizing automation workflows and AI tools to improve marketing performance and enable data- driven decision- making.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Support the testing and operation of AI automation tools.
Assist in building, testing, and optimizing automated workflows for the department.
Support the consolidation of insights from data and present them in reports and dashboards.
Standardize data collection and processing workflows; clean data from multiple sources.
Prepare data for reporting, analysis, and decision- making.

Basic knowledge of flowcharting tools, automation tools (e.g., n8n), and data visualization.
3rd or 4th year university student majoring in Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analysis, or related fields with IT/technology knowledge.
Fast learner, proactive in exploring new IT/AI solutions.
Plus: interest or basic understanding of AI, automation, and workflow management.

Support for internship certification stamping (if required).
Full- time internship allowance: 2.000000 VND/month and parking fee support: 400.000 VND/month.
