Data Analyst

Build prescriptive models to estimate business impact (e.g. revenue or retention uplift if a funnel drop is reduced).
Design and maintain PnL and monetization forecasts to support early “scale or kill” decisions.
Develop predictive models to forecast user behavior, funnel conversion, retention, monetization, and app performance.
Build dashboards and automated alerts to visualize predictive insights and detect performance anomalies.
Collaborate cross- functionally to test model predictions, measure uplift, and automate recurring reporting pipelines.
Communicate findings through data storytelling and actionable recommendations for Product, Monetization, and UA teams.
Create and refresh user segmentation models based on behavior and LTV; continuously discover new cohorts and feed them back to ad channels to improve targeting and acquisition efficiency.
Stay updated with modern ML and predictive analytics techniques to enhance model reliability and scalability.

Experience building forecasting models (e.g. retention, funnel, monetization, or PnL).
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; experience handling large datasets.
Solid understanding of predictive modeling, segmentation, and data mining techniques.
Preferred: Experience in game or app studios, especially handling predictive, monetization, or user segmentation problems at scale.
Ability to translate data insights into business actions and collaborate across teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong analytical background with solid knowledge of probability, statistics, and at least 2 years of experience in data analysis (preferably in product or marketing analytics).

Work with large- scale real product data to build end- to- end predictive models and automation systems.
