Data Analyst

About the Role
We are looking for a detail- oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you
will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help inform
business decisions. You will work closely with cross- functional teams to develop data- driven
insights, build dashboards, and identify trends that improve performance and strategy.
Responsibilities:

Work with engineering teams to enhance data collection and storage procedures.
Analyze data using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Present insights and recommendations to management to support business decision- making.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reporting systems.
Develop and maintain reports and interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Automate data processes and improve data pipelines where possible.

Requirements:

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
Bachelor&039;s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
Knowledge of data modeling, statistical methods, and business analysis.Strong problem- solving and communication skills.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift).
Proficient in Excel and data analysis programming languages such as Python or R
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (1–3 years for junior, 3+ for mid- level/senior).
