Data Analyst/Business Intelligent Executive

Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau...)
Continuously improve metrics tracking, dashboard design, and analytical frameworks to align with business needs
Partner with business teams to understand objectives, KPIs, and performance drivers, translating them into analytical requirements and actionable insights
Communicate findings in a clear, visual, and impactful way to both technical and non- technical stakeholders
Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance, customer experience, and overall business results
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across systems
Conduct data analysis to identify key trends, business opportunities, and performance issues

Organized, reliable, and comfortable working under tight deadlines or high- pressure situations
Willingness to learn new tools, take on challenges, and grow in a fast- paced environment
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with high attention to detail
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation
Critical and creative thinking — able to question assumptions and explore new angles
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, Computer Science, or a related field1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Specialist
Experience with at least one BI tool (e.g., Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau)
Understanding of eCommerce business logic, such as sales funnels, customer journey, and marketing performance metrics
Clear communication and collaboration skills, with a can- do attitude
Ability to present or demonstrate previous data analysis or BI projects that showcase analytical and visualization skills
