Data Analyst – Digital Transformation Project

This position reports directly to the Vice General Director and is part of the Marketing & Digital
Transformation, responsible for developing, managing, and analyzing the company’s data systems related to R&D, export products, and market development strategies. The Data Analyst plays a key role in designing and maintaining the company’s data infrastructure, ensuring cross- department data consistency, and transforming data into actionable insights for strategic decision- making.

Role and Responsibilities1. Database Design & Management- Build and maintain shared database structures for product, market, and customer feedbackprojects.- Design relationships between datasets ensuring data integrity, scalability, and standardization.2. Analytics and Reporting:- Track and analyze digital marketing performance- Build and support the database sytems- Make reports for infographic and charts...3. Cross- functional Collaboration:- Work closely with R&D, Business, and Marketing departments to ensure data reflects businessobjectives.- Support innovation and product testing projects through data validation and analytics.
Qualifications Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Statistics, or Economics• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analytics or database management.
Preferred Skills• Experience with Google Data Studio/Power BI/AppSheet/SQL• Good English for communication and technical documentation
Additional Notes• Background in seafood, FMCG, or export industries• Being active and responsible with a high pressure
