Data Analyst- Middle- Upto 28M Net

Handle ad- hoc data analysis and reporting requests from stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to design, build, and maintain data marts for analytics and reporting purposes.
Support user behavior data tracking, measurement, analysis, and A/B testing to help improve product features.
Build, manage, and maintain data models, reports, and alerting systems to support reporting and analytical needs across departments.
Train and guide end users in using data and analytics tools to retrieve insights, promoting a self- service data culture across the organization.
Perform in- depth analysis to identify insights about products, markets, and customers in order to support business decision- making.
Support the development and management of the OKR system.

Strong SQL skills, with knowledge of databases and cloud platforms. Experience with Amazon Redshift and AWS is a plus.
Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or related fields is preferred.
Solid foundational knowledge of statistics and data analysis.
Proficiency in Power BI is a strong advantage.
Careful, detail- oriented, proactive, and responsible working attitude.
Good English communication skills.
Experience using Python and/or R for data analysis is a plus.
