Data Analytics Assistant Manager

Our client is a foreign- invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Data Analytics Assistant Manager (ID18200, 900USD):

Analyze the effectiveness of after- sales campaigns (e.g., promotions, customer care) and provide actionable recommendations
Build dashboards and reports to track performance and highlight key issues
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Act as the key data liaison for the After- Sales team, working closely with other departments on projects such as Vehicle Connected Systems, CRM, and dealer systems.
Consolidate and standardize data from the Management System (service & parts).
Prepare and update periodic performance reports, including standardized PDCA reports

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
Minimum 3 years of experience in data/business analysis.
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, especially Power BI.
Good command of English (TOEIC ≥ 600 or equivalent); able to conduct interviews in English.
