Data Business Analyst

Collaborate with Data Engineers/Developers to design, test, and implement data solutions.
Prepare business analysis documentation (BRD, FRD, Use Cases, Data Mapping, Data Models, etc.).
Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements for Data/Banking- related projects.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders (Business, IT, Data teams, international stakeholders) to define and standardize requirements.
Support data integration initiatives and Data Platform/Data Warehouse projects.

Technical audiences (in both English and Vietnamese);
Excellent at Presentation (Diagrams, Matrix …) & Documentation for Business &
Excellent at Communication & Negotiation in environment with multiple stakeholders
Experience as a BA (i.e. IT- BA, Data Analyst…) (3 years+ for OS)
Excellent in Requirement Elicitation & Specification
Data Knowledge & Skills:
Excellent level on SQL extract data on DB
Experience on Enterprise DB Server: SQL, Oracle, IBM DB2…
Good understanding about Cloud technology (AWS technical stack: Glue, Athena, S3…) & knowledge for Databrick is plus point.
Experience on Python programming language (nice to have)
Strong knowledge & proven experience about Data platform such as Data- warehouse (Dimensional Modelling, ETL, Staging, DataMart, SCD, CDC…)
Bank Domain Knowledge & Experience:
Really good understanding about Bank data from System point of view (nice to have)
Understanding about Bank general knowledge: Products, Channels, Systems…
Experience on Bank projects is big plus.
Others:
Proven experience on Integration projects (handling on Data Mapping, Data Modelling…) (nice to have)
English: Excellent level- can communicate smoothly with foreign parties (nice to have)
Proven experience on international projects with stakeholders from various countries (nice to have)
