Data Controller

Product Data Entry
Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues about errors or any necessary corrections
Work with the system supplier to fix the issue with data uploading, and create additional functions that enhance the database.
Correct any errors to guarantee data entry accuracy before using it for tour module and sales bookings
Ensure that all rates from local vendors are properly uploaded and up to date
Keep all price agreements from local suppliers uploaded on the system in accordance with the Product Development team&039;s instructions and the Sales Team&039;s requests
Other Data Entry Funding updates
Other data entry duties as reasonably requested
Update and manage the data suppliers at the Head office for Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos
Basic reporting
Creation of basic excel reports or from Tourchain system
General
Function as an effective, positive team member
Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Perform all tasks in accordance with the task assigned from Product Team
Carry out other reasonable duties as required

Ability to work with a high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively within a team environment to achieve team goal
Bachelor&039;s degree holder
Intermediate excel skills including knowledge
Ability to adapt and be flexible to organizational changes and requirements
Intermediate English level both written and sp (reading, writing). All services lines must be stated in English
Skills of analysis and problem- solving
Ability to work under pressure in high volume and varied environment
Working at: Head office, 4th floor, Vinare building, 141 Le Duan, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi

Travel domestically and internationally according to Company policies and other special programs.
