Data Quality Analyst - Japanese

Job Summary
The Data Quality Analyst- Japanese position aims to ensure the consistent and high- quality execution of content moderation policies, providing feedback to enhance accuracy, minimize errors, and contribute to a positive online environment.
Qualifications

Investigate customer&039;s claims and non- conformance issues;
Review the implementation & efficiency of quality and inspection systems;
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality systems;
Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective action.
Plan, conducted & monitored testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure the quality of products;
Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventative actions;

Key Responsibilities

Have at least 1- year experience in BPO service (such as: data entry, content moderator, customer support,...) and service analysis;
B2 English level required (Able to understand/read documents).
Having good communication skills is an advantage;
Japanese language proficiency (N2 or above preferred).
Willingness to handle multi- projects;
Good English skills in reading and gathering information from foreign customers&039; requirements;
Able to work on Holidays is preferable.
Proficient skills with MS Office and Google Drive;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
Be detail- oriented with strong analytical skills;
