Data Scientist

Communicate findings and model performance clearly to both technical and non- technical stakeholders
Stay current with the latest research and evaluate emerging techniques for practical application
Establish best practices for model evaluation, monitoring, and retraining in production
Working directly with client, develop various Mix Marketing Model (MMM) including Meridian, Robyn and internal system to evaluate client marketing effectiveness, provide marketing budget suggestion for upcoming period.
Mentor junior and mid- level data scientists, conduct code and model reviews
Design, build, and deploy end- to- end machine learning models for production use cases
Perform extensive research and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to generate actionable business insights from large, complex datasets
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to define problems within current operation, developing new features and optimization solutions.

Team Working skills and a collaborative approach to sharing ideas and finding solutions.
Good at Python and frameworks in deep learning: Pytorch, Tensorflow, Pillow, Opencv…
Strong analysis and problem- solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
From 3+ years of experience with 2 years hands- on with Model building and Machine learning. Knowledge in MMM is a bonus
Good English communication skill, knowing Japanese is a big plus
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields.
Able to work on multiple projects from different field at the same time

Income

Salary: Negotiable. Bonus: Twice- a- year (total package 14–15 months of salary per year)
Performance review: Every January
