Data Scientist

We are seeking a Data Scientist with a minimum of 3 years of hands- on experience in data science, machine learning, and optimization algorithms. The core focus of this role is to deepen expertise in ML systems, MLOps practices, and cloud- based deployment (Azure) while spearheading the development of advanced forecasting models.
Responsibilities

Agentic AI Research: Explore and implement LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks to automate and enhance decision- making within forecast models.
ML Systems & MLOps: Design, develop, and maintain production- grade MLOps pipelines, including model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD workflows specifically on Microsoft Azure.
Algorithmic Optimization: Design sophisticated optimization algorithms to enhance system throughput and streamline large- scale data processing
Advanced ML Development: Architect complex data science projects using the full Python stack, including Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit- learn, and Keras.
Visualization & Monitoring: Develop high- fidelity dashboards and monitoring tools using Streamlit and Grafana to track model health and deliver insights.
Engineering Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and well- documented Python code while performing unit testing and code reviews.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross- functional teams to design and implement scalable, data- driven features and production- ready solutions.
Hybrid Forecasting: Lead the development of high- precision models for both short- term operational and long- term strategic horizons.
Cloud Infrastructure: Manage data science solutions on Azure using services such as Azure ML, Azure Storage, and Azure Compute.

Required Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience working as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit- learn, SciPy) and SQL.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience or solid understanding of MLOps concepts, such as model lifecycle management, deployment, and monitoring.
Understanding of ORM libraries and database integration.
Knowledge of Python’s threading limitations, multiprocessing, and event- driven programming.
Ability to integrate and process data from multiple sources and databases.
Proven experience designing and managing the model lifecycle, including automated retraining, versioning, and CI/CD integration.
Strong theoretical and practical command of Machine Learning frameworks, Optimization algorithms, and Monte Carlo Simulation for risk and uncertainty quantification.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Hands- on experience developing production- grade monitoring solutions and interactive data applications using Streamlit and Grafana.

Preferred Qualifications

AI Innovation: Direct experience implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) or Agentic AI frameworks to automate reasoning in predictive workflows.
Experience deploying machine learning models in production environments.
Experience working in data- intensive or ML- driven products.
Hands- on experience with Azure Machine Learning, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of optimization algorithms and their application in data science or software systems.
Familiarity with Django or backend frameworks is a plus.
