Data Scientist

• Supporting data- driven decisions when working directly with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders
• Working with non- technical users and developing our data maturity
• Producing and presenting in- depth analytics reports
• Developing AI and ML solutions to tackle business challenges and enhance efficiency through process automations
• Deriving insights from data using descriptive statistics, predictive analytics, and machine learning methods

• Proven ability to design and implement LLM- powered automation solutions
• Good understanding of basics in data science, machine learning, and deep learning
• Strong proficiency in Python programming, with experience writing production- grade code
• Strong problem- solving, logical reasoning skills, communication skills for cross- functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud, especially Azure AI Foundry
• 3 years of experience building AI solutions for automation
• Ability to develop test cases, perform testing, and report test results
• Hands- on experience with LLM&RAG
• Experience with Git for version control and collaborative development
• Experience with building ML/AI solution endpoints, e.g., using FastAPI
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with Docker for containerization and deployment
