Database Administrator (DBA)

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Ensure database stability, security, and 24/7 operational continuity.
• Collaborate with Back- end / Front- end development teams to support deployment, testing, and performance optimization during software development.
• Manage database high availability, including backup, recovery, and failover processes.
• Build and maintain high- quality, scalable, and secure database systems to meet business requirements.
• Monitor system performance, apply patches and updates, and troubleshoot issues when required.
• Administer, operate, and optimize database systems (primarily Oracle) for key applications such as Core Banking, Card System, and ERP.
• Optimize queries and database structures for better performance and scalability.
• Establish, enforce, and document database policies, standards, and procedures.
