Provide clear explanations of demand variances and implications to support IBP/S&OP cycles.
Analyze historical demand trends by customer, SKU, and product family to identify risks, opportunities, and abnormalities.
Standardize demand- related data flows and KPIs to improve transparency and decision- making efficiency.
Develop a market- driven demand outlook integrating internal and external signals.
Ensure the supply chain operates with a unified, updated, and validated demand view.
Identify drivers of growth or decline, including price, mix, distribution, promotion, and competitor activities.
Collect and analyze key market indicators (market size, growth rate, category trends).
Provide early warnings on abnormal or unexpected demand fluctuations.
Develop dashboards and automate reporting for demand performance and forecast accuracy.
Prepare consolidated and validated demand inputs for S&OP and internal planning meetings.
Consolidate and analyze demand plans, order schedules, and forecast updates from Sales Development and Sales Operations.
Deliver data- driven insights to support production planning, capacity allocation, and inventory management.
Review and challenge Sales forecasts using historical data, customer behavior, and operational constraints.
Deliver Monthly Market Insights Pack highlighting key trends, risk–opportunity mapping, and cross- functional recommendations.
Identify gaps or inconsistencies in customer plans and align assumptions with internal capabilities.
Validate forecast assumptions and underlying demand drivers.
Validate demand fluctuations to prevent expectation- based or biased forecasting.
Conduct growth driver analysis across customers, channels, and product categories.
Consolidate Market Research and Retail Data (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar, POS, distributor sell- out where available).
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience collaborating with Commercial teams and supporting demand planning processes.
Strong analytical capability with advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
Solid understanding of forecasting methodologies and B2B demand drivers.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Sales Operations, Supply Chain Planning, or Commercial Analysis.
Proven cross- functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Sales, and Market Intelligence teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Hands- on experience working with demand data, forecast validation, and customer/SKU trend analysis.
Prior experience in OEM environments or indirect customer- facing roles is preferred.
Structured thinking, detail- oriented approach, and strong business acumen.
Ability to challenge assumptions using data- driven insights.
