Provide excellent customer service to restaurant guests
Ensure all food safety and health code regulations are followed
Participate in inventory management, ordering food and supplies as needed
Meal preparation, cooking, and plating
Prep and cook a variety of dishes and menu items following recipes and presentation guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef
Communicate effectively with the culinary team to coordinate meal service
Help maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation in the kitchen
Train and provide guidance to entry- level kitchen staff

Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
Formal culinary training or education preferred
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem- solving skills
2- 3 years of experience as a line cook or prep cook in a high- volume restaurant kitchen
